We tried once, but it didn't work because there isn't enough seeder/leecher in this forum. so we decide not turn it off.

Most member have problem , they dont know how to download some thing from internet.
Megaupload is complicate for them, how about toorent? they need torrent file, they need torrent client, they need seeder and they need time.
When 1 Episode is expired, no member can or wante to reupload , besides the uploader.
